'Dylan's New Nightmare' A Nightmare on Elm Street fan film Indiegogo Campaign Ends


To celebrate the 25th anniversary of "Wes Craven's New Nightmare", and to honor the memory of Mr. Craven himself, The Horror Show Channel are raising funds to create a brand new, not-for-profit "Nightmare on Elm Street" fan film titled "Dylan's New Nightmare" which acts as an unofficial sequel to the original "New Nightmare" and stars MIKO HUGHES who is returning to reprise the role of Dylan Porter! Along for the ride are Vincent DiSanti (Never Hike Alone) and Rene Rivas (The Spirit of Haddonfield).

The campaign reached about $32k and concluded on December 15th.

Dylan's New Nightmare acts as an unofficial sequel to Wes Craven's: A New Nightmare, one of the most unique and high concept installments to the Nightmare on Elm Street Franchise. This short film picks up 25 years after the events of New Nightmare and follows Dylan Porter (Miko Hughes), the young son of Heather Langenkamp, now a grown man trying to make his way in the world his parents raised him in—Hollywood. Little does he know that the evil entity known as Freddy Krueger is back, and eager to once again break into our world through the son of his favorite victim!
